I believe that the staff and Commission members are acting in good faith and are performing a public service. I would like to see the appeal oriented primarily, if not solely, on the issue of residential development close to the MAX station, and phasing of residential development concurrent with the commercial development. I, too, am concerned about the magnitude of the "allowable" commercial/retail development in our midst, especially in the heart of the Sunset Station Community.
